How training is structured

Training on Fresh Training is organised by role and level to support consistent access and assignment across law firms.

Structure

• Training is grouped by role and level (Levels 1–4)
• Courses are delivered through instructor-led training, eLearning, or blended formats
• Fresh Business Skills courses sit alongside role-based legal training
• Course availability and access are managed through the platform

Boundary clarification

Fresh Training provides access to training. Decisions about training strategy, requirements, and progression remain with each firm and with Fresh Professional Development.

Assigning and managing training

Training can be assigned to individuals or groups in line with firm requirements and platform configuration.

Assignment and management

• Assign training by role, cohort, or individual
• Set required or optional status where applicable
• Manage access periods and completion deadlines
• Support scheduling for instructor-led training

Clarification

Assignment and management features are provided through the Fresh Training platform.

Tracking completion and reporting

Fresh Training provides standard tracking and reporting features to support oversight of training activity.

What is tracked

• Course enrolment
• Completion status

• Time spent on eLearning courses, where available

• Reports are accessed through the platform
• Data availability depends on course format and configuration

Support is available for platform access, technical issues, and training administration queries.
