About this course:

Objective:
For trainees to acquire and practice the basic skills that are essential for a trial advocate including preparing and delivering speeches; and preparing and conducting examinations of witnesses. They will practice transferable presentation skills together with questioning skills that can be easily and effectively adapted to the context of interviewing clients and witnesses.
