About this course:

Objective:
An introduction to the fundamental concepts of negotiation.

Negotiation is a fundamental skill for lawyers and is at the heart of much of their work. This course introduces the key concepts of negotiation, the real-world role negotiation plays for lawyers and the practical skills central to them becoming a skilled and confident negotiator, including understanding the different styles an strategies employed.

On completion of the course, delegates will have an understanding of the negotiation aspects of legal work.
