Outcomes:
The success measures of this course are:
  • Understanding the legal profession, the SRA Principles, the Code of Conduct and what is expected from a legal professional, the importance of having clear instructions from the client and the importance of the client care letter;
  • Understanding conflict of interest, confidentiality and disclosure;
  • Understanding how to deal with client money and how to provide costs information to the client;
  • Providing excellent client service and preventing complaints; and
