About this course:

Objective:
For trainees to experience the application of skills learnt in Modules 1 and 2 in the context of a full mock trial, embedding the learning through personal practice and observation of others, with feedback from the course tutor. This will develop the trainee’s confidence to be able to conduct a straightforward case for a real client in a real trial or hearing.

Outcomes:
The success measures of this course are the development of the essential skills to participate in the preparation and conduct of a straightforward civil trial, including practical experience of addressing the Judge, and questioning witnesses during examination-in-chief and cross-examination.
